Thailand is set to make travel irresistible this year with its newly launched “Half-Price Thailand Travel” campaign, running from July 1 to October 31, 2025. This initiative, backed by the government, aims to revive tourism and stimulate economic growth by offering massive discounts on hotels, dining, and local experiences for both international tourists and domestic travelers.
Under this campaign, visitors can enjoy up to 50% off on hotel stays, along with exclusive vouchers for local attractions and restaurants across the country. The Thai government expects the program to attract over two million tourists, generating more than 35 billion baht in revenue, while supporting tourism-dependent regions during the off-peak season.
This bold move is part of Thailand’s broader strategy to revitalise its tourism sector, a cornerstone of its economy. By making travel more affordable and encouraging exploration beyond the usual hotspots, Thailand hopes to welcome a new wave of visitors eager to discover the country’s diverse offerings at unbeatable value.
